My “conscious” journey of enlightenment began in a small and remote town near Toronto, Canada during a weekend of “sacred ceremony.” I had gone to support my sixteen-year-old daughter, Tara, who had been invited to share the weekend with what turned out to be a fabulous group of ceremonial dancers who were celebrating and honoring the traditions of Beautiful Painted Arrow (Joseph Rael). We had no idea when we got on the plane what was ahead of us, but Tara was responding from the heart and knew that wild horses couldn’t keep her away from attending this mysterious weekend.
I was being a present and protective Mother. I had to go…she couldn’t go alone. So, we packed our car, mapped out our route and drove twelve hours from Boston to Toronto. We traveled with blissful abandonment toward our destiny, totally unwarned about the transformation that was to come. That weekend altered both our lives forever. To document the evolving journey that resulted from our time in that meadow in Canada would really become a book, so for now, we will leave it at this; it was the beginning. |

I became a Healer, Light worker, Energy worker, Hollow reed, Open vessel, facilitator of change….you choose the euphemism… and found myself on a train flying along a fast track of spiritual opening and growth. Within a few months I was channeling the Bhodisattva Maitreya (the Buddha of the future) and people were literally lined up asking for “healing.” Fueled by my friend Barbara, who ultimately referred hundreds of people to me, my practice was born. Through continued referrals, it grew into a flourishing business. I had offices in three States in New England and clients all over the United States and in many other Countries as well. Personal and long distance sessions were equally effective and sought after. I also opened and ran a small school where I taught conscious thinking, growth and development for practitioners, and advanced energy work. It was a BLAST!!!!!!!! |

Eight years after that fateful weekend in Toronto, my husband accepted a job in California and we all moved to Orange County, my husband, my daughter, my horse, and our cat. I closed my offices, said goodbye to my family, friends and clients, closed my school, and here we are starting our lives over. This new beginning is a celebration of impermanence, our ability to “stay in the moment” and the really tough lesson of “letting go of attachment.” Our ability to acknowledge those lessons opened doors for us that allowed the bloom of our dream to manifest. |
