Author’s note:  Much of the Citrine sold commercially is actually heated Amethyst.  Natural Citrine is harder to find and quite pricey.  Heated Amethyst is still Citrine.  Nature creates Citrine the same way.  I like to think of it as being akin to hot house Tomatoes…they are still real, they have just been enhanced by a little push by man.  Heated Amethyst (Citrine) is affordable and easily acquired.
