Do you have a store near me?

 We currently have two brick and mortar store fronts, both located in Queensbury, NY.  The “mother ship” is located at 324 Quaker Road and the second location is in the Aviation Mall off exit 19 of the Northway (Route 84)  They are only a mile apart.

 How can I purchase from you?

Can I phone in my order?

Yes, you may phone your order in and we will manually run your credit card for payment.

I made a mistake on my order.  Can I change it?

Because we ship quickly, your order cannot be modified once it is placed, but you may return it by requesting a return label.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to many countries.  Canada is included as a shipping location on our website.  If you live in a country not listed, please email us and we’ll send you an estimate for your review.  Shipping costs are based on weight and the size of the package.

Can my order be tracked?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Once your label has been created, it may take a day for the carrier to post the tracking.

What payments do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and PayPal.  You can choose your payment option at check out.

Will you hold an item for me?

No, we can’t hold an item on the website. Because most of our crystals are unique one-of-a-kind pieces, we want each buyer to have equal opportunity to purchase.

Why is the item I purchased no longer visible on the website?

Each one-of-a-kind item is removed from the website when it is purchased.  If you would like a photo of yours, be sure to take a screen shot before completing your purchase.
