Malachite is a very versatile stone, that is useful for many things, including: protection, spiritual awakening, scrying, teaching to love, clearing radioactive pollution, activating chakras, and facilitating transformation. 

It is an amplifier of energy, increasing or intensifying your spiritual growth and transformational levels.  It effectively shows you a mirror image of what you are holding within, and offers an opportunity to take responsibility for releasing any unwanted patterns.  Deep emotional healing can result, and unconditional self-love can bloom.

Malachite is often used for scrying, (The act of foretelling the future using a crystal ball) as it quiets an active mind while opening clairvoyant pathways.  It can magnify visionary intuition.

Note:  Malachite in its raw form is toxic, so take precautions when working with it.  It is safe as long as it is completely polished, as it is the dust that is harmful.  However, only use the indirect method when making elixirs from this stone, and be sure to wash your hands after handling it.
